WILTON, CT (August 1, 2023)
Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists ("ONS"), a leading advanced multi-specialty orthopedic and neurosurgery practice with a new, state-of-the-art facility in Wilton, CT, is pleased to announce an expanded partnership with the Wilton Soccer Association ("WSA"), Wilton's largest youth sports organization and a leader in accessible and high quality recreational, developmental, and competitive youth soccer opportunities for children across Wilton.
Through its extensive regional and local resources, ONS will support WSA by offering:

Financial support to be utilized towards uniforms, enhancing programs through training tools, equipment, and other resources, and

WSA will provide ONS several benefits through the partnership, including:
Promotion of the ONS brand among our WSA community, comprised of over 1,200 families annually and growing, and
Exposure across Fairfield County through sponsorship for WSA’s developmental and competitive teams which participate in hundreds of competitions each season, and
Mutually beneficial connections among WSA relationships in the Wilton community across education, health and wellness, and youth sports.
Jason Partenza, WSA President, shared "WSA is excited to expand its partnership with ONS and is grateful for their continued commitment and support. ONS has generously sponsored our K-2nd grade recreational program in recent years which laid the foundation for a now closer and larger relationship. ONS and WSA share a common view that health and wellness are enhanced by offering and supporting accessible, safe, fun, and local youth sports programs for children."
ONS sports medicine physicians, Dr. Megan Gleason and Dr. Paul Tomaszewski, who both practice at the Wilton location, expressed excitement over the expanded partnership.
“We are excited to expand our partnership with the Wilton Soccer Association which has been a great partner for us as a newer member in the Wilton community. We’ve been serving the Greenwich community for over 25 years, so we’re proud to now offer specialized sports medicine care and on-site physical therapy designed for sports injuries right here in Wilton,” said Dr. Gleason.
Dr. Tomaszewski echoed a similar sentiment, “The wellbeing of athletes is central to the ONS mission, and together with the Wilton Soccer Association we can provide opportunities for youth athletes to excel and at the same time offer education and training to prevent injuries. If injuries do happen, we help them return to play on the field safely. “
