WSA PARTNERS WITH MLS GO!

Wilton Soccer Association (“WSA”) is pleased to announce an exciting new collabotation with MLS GO, the offiical grass roots recreational soccer partner of Major League Soccer, the United States’ top professional soccer league.

WSA K-2nd players will each receive an MLS GO uniform kit including a reversible jersey, shorts and pair of socks. Also included for every participating player is one free ticket to an MLS game!

WSA Volunteer K-2nd Director, Lindsey Giliberto shared that, “we are so excited for players to receive these awesome new uniforms from MLS GO. Our teams will be outfitted in the colors and logos of real MLS teams making their WSA experience even that much more fun and special.”

WSA will also gain the full benefit of the “MLS GO Playbook” encompassing a toolkit for both its professional and volunteer coaches to increase the fun, increase skill development and improve parent education in the game.

Volunteer President, Jason Partenza added that “we are so grateful that MLS GO has awarded WSA this opportunity after a rigorous application and review process. The combination of officially licensed uniforms and a professional soccer development playbook for our coaches and children of this age is an amazing opportunity for our community and every participating child.”

MLS GO Manager, Jonathan Houghton, added his enthusiasm as well, sharing that “MLS GO is proud to collaborate with WSA as among the first in the area to deliver upon a shared mission to provide a fun, accessible and enhanced youth soccer experience they will remember for a lifetime.”

Registration for WSA’s K-2nd league in partnership with MLS GO is now open.

Early bird and sibling discounts are available for a limited time.

Registration will close on August 10th to enable teams to be formed and MLS GO uniforms to be ordered / delivered in time for the season.

Parent volunteer coaches for Saturday games will be allocated on a first to sign up basis.
