Fall 2025 Season Kick Off!

Hello WSA families!

The Fall 2025 season is just about here. Please read below carefully.

In advance of the season, be sure to read our Code of Conduct and discuss with your player and family. All players, volunteer coaches, referees and fans must uphold our Code of Conduct and be a part of the positive culture we are so proud to create and maintain.

Check program pages (blue links below) for updates to times and locations. The website is always a great source of information.

  • Tots & PreK

    • Saturday groups are at or near capacity.

    • We have more room in our Friday groups.

    • Players may only participate in the specific session (day/time) they signed up for as coach/player ratios must be maintained

    • Read FAQ for additional information

  • K-2nd Boys and K-4th Girls

    • Based on current enrollment, we will have leagues for each of K, 1st and 2nd Boys, a combined K/1st Girls league and combined league for 2-4th Girls (subject to change based on final enrollment numbers)

    • Each group should check program pages for their practice times and locations

    • Teams for Saturday games are being organized now and will be released about one week before first gameday via a TeamSnap invitation

      1. Volunteer coaches are assigned based on order they registered - details on volunteer coaches meeting and on-field training will be sent directly to coaches ahead of these sessions

      2. We are in need of half dozen parent volunteers to coach K/1st girls games on Saturdays, the league relies on you! - if interested, please email lindsey.giliberto@wiltonsoccer.info

      3. WSA does not accept friend requests as it would be too complicated to accommodate across the groups - thank you for understanding

      4. Your player’s eventual team assignment does not impact the day/time/location of their weekday clinic, or your Sat game (except for 2nd boys which is one of two adjacent game day time slots). Please review program pages via blue link above for schedule details

      5. TeamSnap invitations (when released) will go to the email address that was used to register your player. Upon receipt of invite, accept/download or update the mobile app, login and update your player’s roster profile and contact information, including adding other family members to the profile.

    • This season, uniforms will be fun, official, MLS kits including shirts, shorts and socks for each player. WSA will coordinate distribution of uniforms prior to or at the first game day.

    • In addition to your uniform, each player will receive an offer to purchase one ticket to an upcoming MLS game and receive discounts on additional ticket purchases (this offer will come directly from MLS)

  • 3-8th

    • Review schedule on program page for practice times and locations

    • Per above, 3-4th girls players will be combined with 2nd grade players to form a 2nd-4th grade girls league for Saturdays. 3/4th girls will follow the practice schedule outlined on the 3-8th program page.

    • All others should refer to program page for 3-8th for times and locations of their Saturday game days.

    • As reminder, uniforms are not required for 3-8th grade, but WSA shirts and other spirit gear may be purchased at your option - information on this is on the program page

TeamSnap!

  • A few days in advance of the season, all will be invited to a TeamSnap group for their program/team

  • TeamSnap mobile app and this website are the primary sources for all information on the season

  • When you receive the TeamSnap invite… download/update the app and then login to accept invite, update your contact info, add family member contact info and refer to the schedule in the app regularly

  • You can click at the very top of the app to remove old teams from your app if you still see them

  • Use TeamSnap schedule and availability feature to update your player’s attendance/availability for each WSA event

  • If you are having trouble with the app, delete it off your phone, re download and log back in

  • Only the email address with which you registered will initially have access to your player’s team

  • You must add additional contacts to your player’s roster profile if you want others to have access. WSA does not add these contacts on our end.

  • Please monitor TeamSnap for updates about practices, clinics and games due to weather or otherwise
