Updated Aug 31, 2025

Hello WSA families!

The Fall 2025 season is just about here. Please read below carefully.

K-2nd teams and volunteer coach assignments have been released.

  • To find your team, download or open the TeamSnap mobile app

  • Login using the email address that you used to register your player for the program

  • Your player(s) team(s) should be in the drop down menu at the top of the app

  • If you are having trouble finding the team, check again to make sure you are logging in with the same email address that you registered with

  • If that does not work, try logging out and back in to refresh the app

  • If that doesn’t work, delete the app, re download and log in again

  • Check and set your notification preferences in TeamSnap - click “Messages” at bottom of app, click three dots in upper right, click “Notification Preferences” at bottom and set as you desire

  • Teams are named for Major League Soccer (MLS) pro teams such as Chicago Fire, Charlotte FC, Nashville FC, Seattle Sounders and more!

  • You can find your volunteer parent coaches on the team roster; volunteer coaches can find their players on the team roster

  • Use the “Edit” button in upper right corner of your player’s profile on the roster to add contact info for other family members

  • The schedule tab contains information on every practice and game

  • Volunteer coaches should use the messaging feature to connect with their team

  • Parents should use the availability feature for each game on the schedule to indicate if their player will be attending

  • WSA will be distributing uniforms (pending delivery from our supplier) to volunteer coaches at vol coaches meeting for distribution to players at first gameday (Sat, Sept 6). Due to tight timeline between registration close and uniform ordering, we may play first Saturday without official uniforms.

Please review and double check program pages (blue links below) for updates to times and locations.

This WSA website (wiltonsoccer.com) is always a great source of information. For addresses and info about fields, click HERE. For answers to most of your questions, please review our FAQ

Code of Conduct

  • In advance of the season, be sure to read our Code of Conduct and discuss with your player and family. All players, volunteer coaches, referees and fans must uphold our Code of Conduct and be a part of the positive culture we are so proud to create and maintain.

Program Updates and Information

  • Tots & PreK

    • Check program page for times and locations

    • Saturday groups are at or near capacity. We have more room in our Friday groups.

    • Players are to only participate in the specific session (day/time) they signed up for as coach/player ratios must be maintained

    • Read FAQ for additional information

  • K-2nd Boys and K-2nd Girls*

    • Check program page for all details needed (scroll to bottom of page for schedule by age group)

    • Check program pages to confirm practice times and locations which begin the week of Sept 2nd

      • Clinics are grade based, so you do not need to know your Saturday team to know when and where your practice is

      • With exception of 2nd boys (2 Sat game time slots), all game times are same time and location each week

      • Please review program pages via blue link above for schedule details

    • Based on current sign ups, we will have leagues for each of K, 1st and 2nd Boys; and K, 1st Girls and a combined league for 2-4th Girls

      • We do our best to accomodate all players, but must cap numbers to ensure we have even number of teams and right numbers of players per team

      • We also cap enrollment based on number of volunteer coaches available to support our teams

      • Late registrants may not receive a uniform immediately given lead time required

    • Teams for Saturday games are being finalized and will be released in next few days

      1. Volunteer coaches have been assigned based on order they registered

      2. Details on volunteer coaches meeting will be sent directly to coaches ahead of these sessions - there will be a TeamSnap group set up just for volunteer coaches as well

      3. We have a few slots left for volunteer coaches across leagues - if interested, please email lindsey.giliberto@wiltonsoccer.info

      4. WSA does not accept friend requests — it is too complicated to accommodate these across the groups - thank you for understanding

      5. TeamSnap invitations (when released) will go to the email address that was used to register your player.

      6. Please confirm which email you used to register with on your own before emailing WSA.

      7. Upon receipt of TeamSnap invite, accept/download or update the mobile app, login and update your player’s roster profile and contact information, including adding other family members to the profile.

      8. If you have trouble with the app, delete it, re-download it and log back in

    • This season, uniforms will be fun, official, MLS kits including shirts, shorts and socks for each player. WSA will coordinate distribution of uniforms prior to or at the first game day with our volunteer coaches who will hand them out to teams on Sat, Sept 6 gameday.

    • In addition to your uniform, each player will receive an offer to purchase one ticket to an upcoming MLS game and receive discounts on additional ticket purchases (this offer will come directly from MLS)
