TeamSnap Info:
A few days in advance of the season, all teams will be uploaded to TeamSnap
TeamSnap mobile app and WSA website are the primary sources for all information on the season
Download/update the TeamSnap app and then login, update your contact info, add family member contact info and refer to the schedule in the app regularly
You can click at the very top of the app to remove old teams from your app if you still see them
Use TeamSnap schedule and availability feature to update your player’s attendance/availability for each WSA event
If you are having trouble with the app, delete it off your phone, re download and log back in
Only the email address with which you registered will initially have access to your player’s team
You must add additional contacts to your player’s roster profile if you want others to have access
To add contacts, click on roster, click on your player, click “Edit” in upper right corner, and add any additional contact info needed
WSA does not add these contacts on our end
Please monitor TeamSnap for updates about practices, clinics and games due to weather or otherwise
WSA Code of Conduct
In advance of the season, be sure to read our Code of Conduct and discuss with your player and family. All players, volunteer coaches, referees and fans must uphold our Code of Conduct and be a part of the positive culture we are so proud to create and maintain.
