Hello WSA families!
The Fall 2026 season is almost here. Please read below carefully.
Program Updates and Information
Check program page for times and locations
First sessions are Friday, Sep 11 and Sat, Sep 12th
Players should participate in the specific session (day/time) they signed up as this maintains coach/player ratios

Check program pages to confirm practice and game times / locations
First clinics are week of Sept 7th
Volunteer Coaches meeting Sept 10th (7pm @ Cider Mill cafeteria) plus uniform handout
First official game day is Saturday, Sept 12th - uniforms distributed at the games by volunteer coaches
All players practice at time/place indicated on program page regardless of their team assignment
All game times are same time and location each week (except for 2nd boys which will have one of two game times)
Based on current sign ups, we will have leagues for each of:
K Boys
1st Boys
2nd Boys
K Girls
1st/2nd Girls (combined)
Teams will be released ~one week prior to first games (via PlayMetrics - see below for more info on PlayMetrics)
Your eventual team for Saturday games does not impact your weekday practice/clinic day or time (all of same gender/grade practice together with WSA pro coaches)
First games are Saturday, Sept 12th
Volunteer parent coaches assigned in order they registered. Co-parent coach requests are generally honored (first to sign up basis)
Reminder, WSA does not accept friend requests

As reminder, uniforms are not required for 3-8th grade, but WSA shirts and other spirit gear may be purchased at your option - see info on program page if you’d like to order some gear
3-5th graders, please be sure to be use School Dismissal Manager for the after school practice - info on the program page (link above)

PlayMetrics Info:
WSA and all CJSA member clubs now use PlayMetrics for registration and club communications across all programs.
To register for a WSA program:
Click the appropriate registration link on our website.
Create a PlayMetrics account (or log in if you already have one).
Add your player(s) to your account.
Register for your desired program(s).
After registering:
Download the PlayMetrics app from the Apple or Google app stores.
Log in and review your Account Settings.
Add or update all parent/guardian and player contacts.
Verify and adjust your communication preferences so you receive important team and club updates - turn notifications ON.

Only the email address with which you registered will initially have access to your player’s team
To add contacts, click on “Menu” and select “Family Contacts” and use “+” in top right corner to add others
WSA does not add these contacts on our end
Please monitor PlayMetrics for updates about practices, clinics and games due to weather or otherwise
WSA Code of Conduct
In advance of the season, be sure to read our Code of Conduct and discuss with your player and family. All players, volunteer coaches, referees and fans must uphold our Code of Conduct and be a part of the positive culture we are so proud to create and maintain.
