Team Formation Update

Rosters will be released in the coming days.

Teams were formed with the following priorities in mind:

  • Aligning players with the new age group structure while considering existing team dynamics

  • Creating competitive environments that support player growth and positive experiences

  • Placing players where they will be appropriately challenged and developed

  • Making honest evaluations about when travel soccer may not be the best fit

  • Using play-ups and combined age groups where needed to balance roster sizes and development levels

  • Supporting a respectful and positive process for all players, teammates, classmates, and families

Please note:

  • Teams have been built assuming all players accept their invitations. Even a small number of declines can impact multiple teams.

  • If your player may not accept, we ask that you communicate that as soon as possible.

  • Invitations should be accepted within 48–72 hours to help us complete the roster process efficiently.

  • Unaccepted roster spots may be reallocated.

Why we’re excited about the season:

  • Program participation continues to grow across all age groups

  • Teams are stronger and more experienced throughout the program

  • Our coaching staff is as experienced and committed as ever

  • We are well positioned to build on recent success and continue developing players and teams together

What we expect from players:

  • Commitment — soccer should be the top priority sport during the fall season

  • Effort — players should arrive ready to work and compete

  • Attitude — positivity, sportsmanship, and respect for the game are essential
