Travel Tryouts / Team Formation Update

Tryout week is complete! Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Please review below important info regarding the team formation process for the upcoming cycle.

  • If your player participated in tryouts but will NOT be playing with WSA next year, you MUST complete this form as soon as possible. Please be respectful of teammates and coaches by notifying us ASAP.

  • Team updates will be released on a rolling basis as we complete the process of forming teams. Our goal is to release all updates over the next two weeks.

  • Players allocated to a team will receive an invitation email via PlayMetrics. Emails will go to the parent email address that registered your player for tryouts.

  • Follow the prompts in the email to accept your roster spot. Roster offers must be accepted within 72 hours. We request this level of responsiveness simply because it allows us to close out this process, and can be impactful for players on a waitlist, or adjacent age groups as we seek to optimize rosters for play.

  • Roster spots are only confirmed once registration and payment are completed.

  • All must upload a new player photo and birth certificate in PlayMetrics as part of their acceptance process. This is required and critically important for future roster approval for league, state and tournament play.

  • If your player does not receive an email, please reach out to Coach Dave to check status.
