Wilton Soccer Welcomes Coach Nicole Carroll as Girls Program Director

Wilton Soccer is excited to announce the appointment of Nicole Carroll as our new Girls Program Director.

Nicole brings a decade of experience developing players, mentoring coaches, and leading successful girls soccer programs and teams at both the youth and collegiate levels.

In addition to successfully leading one of Wilton’s girls teams this past spring season and running goalkeeping clinics for Wilton players, Nicole previously served as Girls Academy Assistant Technical Director and Goalkeeping Director at Downtown United Soccer Club (DUSC) an elite level youth club in New York City, where she helped shape the club’s player development philosophy and playing style, mentor coaches, and oversee programming for players from U7 through U19.

Nicole also coached at Monroe College, Iona University, and The City College of New York, and holds a U.S. Soccer “B” License.

“My goal is to help every player reach their potential while fostering a lifelong love of the game,” Nicole said. “I’m excited to partner with Wilton Soccer’s leadership, coaches, players, and families to continue building a program that delivers on positive development, player confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Nicole to our leadership team,” said Director of Coaching David Nuttall. “Her experience, energy, and commitment to player development align perfectly with our mission. She is passionate about helping players improve, supporting coaches, and creating an environment where every player can thrive.”

Wilton Soccer Names Coach Oliver Wilkinson Boys Program Director

Wilton Soccer is excited to announce the appointment of Oliver Wilkinson, known throughout the club as Coach Ollie, as our new Boys Program Director.

A Wilton native and WSA coach for nearly a decade, Coach Ollie has been a cornerstone of Wilton Soccer, leading the development of the club’s U9–U12 boys program while also overseeing our Tots & PreK and supporting our recreational programs. He has helped hundreds of young players build strong technical foundations, develop a love for the game, and grow within a consistent player-first environment. Coach Ollie is a USSF D licensed coach and also assists at the varsity high school level for Ridgefield High School.

“My focus is on creating an environment where players are challenged, supported, and inspired to improve every time they step on the field,” Coach Ollie said. “Wilton is home for me. I grew up here, I played here, and I’ve been fortunate to coach here for nearly a decade. I’m excited to continue building something that emphasizes development, teamwork, and a real love for the game.”

“We’re thrilled to have Coach Ollie in this leadership role,” said Director of Coaching David Nuttall. “His deep roots in Wilton, long-standing commitment to our club, and experience developing players make him an ideal fit. He understands our community, our players, and our standards.”

Please join us in congratulating Coach Ollie as he steps into his new role as Boys Program Director. We look forward to the continued impact he will have on our players, coaches, and the Wilton Soccer community.
